Getting started
What happens after I sign up?
You create your workspace, confirm your email when required, and enter Journey Studio to start your first journey.
Can I build with AI guidance or do it myself?
Both. You can start with guided setup for a strong first draft, then refine the journey manually.
What kinds of journeys can I create?
Journey Studio supports customer, employee, student, patient, webshop, and public-service journeys as starting points.

Trial and plans
What is included in Trial?
Trial is a 14-day workspace designed to show the workflow clearly: one guided draft, one public link, one completed response, and dashboard preview. After the Trial ends, the workspace stays visible in read-only mode until you upgrade.
What happens when access periods end or a plan expires?
Journey Studio keeps the results visible when collection stops. Trial workspaces stay available in read-only mode after day 14, Launch journeys become archived view-only projects after the 90-day fieldwork window, and overdue paid workspaces can become read-only until billing is fixed.
Is Launch a subscription?
No. Launch is a one-time purchase for one live project with a 90-day fieldwork window. After that window, collection closes, but dashboards and executive summary access remain available on the archived project.
Can I add more capacity without changing plan?
Yes. Paid plans can add Extra Journey capacity when you need more room, without forcing an immediate plan change.

Sharing, results, and teams
How do I share a journey?
Every journey includes a share link. Paid plans can also invite participants by email and send reminders from inside the app.
When do analytics become available?
On paid plans, analytics are part of the normal workflow. On Trial, the dashboard preview opens after your first real response.
Can I export data?
Yes on paid plans. You can export raw response data as CSV, and paid plans also include the executive summary flow.
Can I invite another owner to the same company?
Yes. Owners can invite teammates, including another owner. Workspaces support owner, contributor, and viewer roles.
